I'ma non-smoker and I drink a lot. I drink a lot 'of coffee anyway. The real culprit for me, though fruit juice drinks of all kinds at bedtime. If I had my acid reflux was significantly worse.
As I have made many of these changes my life, I saw a light.
Theincreased pad works great. I also started with a proton pump inhibitor drug that is less acid production in the stomach. I was told that surgery may be an option in the street.
